If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please return the product in its original packaging and undamaged condition. Please note that product exchanges are not possible, and the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. If you do not wish to return the product via carrier service, you may also bring it to our store in person, where you can use the amount as store credit or we will refund the purchase price immediately.

Return process:

1.      1.   If you have a registered account, click on order details, select the product you wish to return, and click the Request Ruturn button.

2.     2.     After submitting the return request, you will automatically receive an email with instructions for the return process, including a link to download the return form.

3.      3.   Fill out the return form with your details, so that we can refund the product price to the provided bank account, then include the invoice and the completed form in the package.

4.     4.    Send the product back to us undamaged, and in its original packaging along with the return form.

5.      5.      Once the product arrives, we will refund the product price as soon as possible and notify you by email, thereby completing the return process.
